Volunteers

The Festival is in need of volunteers to assist with various activities:

• Greeting Festival attendees
• Distributing Festival Materials
• Assisting in various areas around the festival
• Command Center
• Children’s Area
• VIP Area
• Ice Station
• Health and Wellness Tent
• Setup & Breakdown
• And many other rewarding activities….

Your participation in this year’s Festival could be a creative vehicle to help achieve your community outreach objectives.  In preparation for the Festival, volunteers are needed on Friday, September 18th from 4:00pm – 8:00pm to do pre-Festival setup.  Volunteers are also needed the day of the Festival, September 19th from 6:00am - 8:00pm.

If you are interested in participating in this year's Festival as a Volunteer, download it (Below) with your preferred tasks/hours and return as soon as possible.  Please note that we have a limited number of volunteer slots for each shift, so your preferred task/hours are not guaranteed.  However, we will try to accommodate your request when possible.
